1. Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ParcelPulse, operated by Dovewood Capital, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using ParcelPulse at parcelpulse.io (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Use of Service
ParcelPulse is a package tracking intelligence platform that aggregates real-time shipment data from third-party carriers and logistics providers. You may use the Service solely for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to track shipments you do not own or have authorization to monitor
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
1.2 Account & Subscription
ParcelPulse offers a free demo tier and a paid Premium subscription at $4.99/month. Free tier users receive one full-featured demo session. Premium subscribers receive unlimited tracking, 45-minute precision delivery windows, real-time 30-second refresh, AI-powered delivery briefings, and push notification alerts. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, and underlying technology of the Service — including but not limited to the ParcelPulse name, logo, ML delivery window algorithm, and interface design — are owned by Dovewood Capital, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Dovewood Capital, LLC. 1.4 Third-Party Data
Tracking data displayed on ParcelPulse is sourced from third-party carriers and logistics aggregators including AfterShip, Ship24, and TrackingMore. We do not originate this data and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Carrier data is subject to the terms and policies of the respective carriers.
1.5 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
1.6 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
2. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dovewood Capital, LLC collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of ParcelPulse.
2.1 Information We Collect
- Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers you submit are sent to our backend infrastructure and third-party tracking APIs to retrieve shipment data. We do not store tracking numbers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.
- Push Notification Subscriptions: If you opt in to push alerts, your browser subscription identifier (OneSignal player ID) is stored in our database solely to deliver status-change notifications for packages you are tracking.
- Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve the Service. This data is not linked to individual users.
2.2 How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To deliver push notifications when your package status changes
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To train and improve our ML delivery window prediction models using anonymized, aggregated prediction data
2.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Tracking Providers (AfterShip, Ship24, TrackingMore) — to retrieve shipment status
- Stripe — to process subscription payments
- OneSignal — to deliver push notifications
- OpenAI — to generate AI delivery briefings (no personally identifiable information is transmitted)
- Cloudflare — our infrastructure provider
2.4 Data Retention
Push notification subscription identifiers are retained as long as you maintain an active subscription or until you revoke notification permissions. Anonymized ML prediction data may be retained indefinitely for model improvement purposes. Tracking query data is not persistently stored.
2.5 Your Rights
You may request deletion of any data associated with your push notification subscription by contacting us at the address below. You may revoke push notification permissions at any time through your browser settings.
2.6 Cookies
ParcelPulse uses browser localStorage to store your subscription preferences and tier status. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
2.7 Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us below.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Subscription Refunds
ParcelPulse Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge if you are not satisfied with the Service, no questions asked.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at kelly.horak@transparentrx.io within 7 days of the charge with the subject line “ParcelPulse Refund Request.” Please include the email address associated with your subscription. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle beyond the 7-day refund window.
3.4 Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by third-party carrier data outages, force majeure events, or violations of these Terms of Use.
4. Disclosures & Disclaimers
4.1 Accuracy of Tracking Data
Important: Delivery windows, ETAs, and status information displayed by ParcelPulse are derived from third-party carrier data and proprietary ML predictions. They are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees of delivery time. Actual delivery may vary. Always verify critical shipment information directly with the carrier.
4.2 ML Prediction Disclaimer
The 45-minute precision delivery windows provided to Premium subscribers are generated by ParcelPulse’s machine learning algorithm using historical carrier patterns, real-time checkpoint data, and weather conditions. These predictions carry a confidence score and are not guaranteed. ParcelPulse is not liable for decisions made based on predicted delivery windows.
4.3 No Carrier Affiliation
ParcelPulse is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, or any other carrier. All carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
4.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovewood Capital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed deliveries, business losses, or data inaccuracies. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
4.5 Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.6 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an active subscription) or via notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
